HARLAN, KY. (WATE) – Harlan County Emergency Management Agency issued a Golden Alert for Michael Clementz, 66, of Evarts, Kentucky on Wednesday afternoon.
He was last seen driving a 2006 Maroon Chevy Trailblazer with license plate number “054TMY.”
He is described as 5’10” and 150 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
